New House Build Complete Landscape Design/Install in Mokena
Customer built home in a new subdivision in Mokena. Our team partnered with the homeowners in Mokena to translate their goals into a cohesive outdoor plan. We were contracted to design and install the landscaping which included a Unilock Beacon Hill Patio with Unilock Copthorne accent, Unilock Estate Wall seat and retaining walls with Unilock Ledgestone Coping, low voltage landscape lighting throughout the property, and low maintenance landscape plantings.
Planning the transformation
Irrigation was installed by Krupske. Every layout decision balanced function, drainage, and long-term maintenance so the finished space feels natural within the property.

Elevation changes in the backyard along with space restrictions of the property line provided a challenge to fit all of the customer's requests into a usable and aesthetically pleasing landscape. Material selections, grading, and planting were coordinated to create strong visual impact while keeping day-to-day upkeep manageable for the client.
Today, this Mokena property offers a finished outdoor space the clients can enjoy season after season.
