New Home Complete Design and Build in Mokena
Customer built home in an existing subdivision in Mokena. Our team partnered with the homeowners in Mokena to translate their goals into a cohesive outdoor plan. We were contracted to design and install the new landscaping for the customer's home.
Planning the transformation
Drainage was run to the drainage ditch in the front of the property, trees were installed to provide shade once established, and a low maintenance but colorful landscaping was installed to make the property "pop." Patio is Unilock Brussel's Block with Unilock Courtstone accent. Every layout decision balanced function, drainage, and long-term maintenance so the finished space feels natural within the property.
