Complete Backyard Transformation in Beverly
For this project, the entire grade of the backyard was lowered approximately 2 feet to allow for a "level to the sidewalk" seating area for the owners. Our team partnered with the homeowners in Beverly to translate their goals into a cohesive outdoor plan. We left the grass and a portion of the backyard at original grade due to the sewer.
Planning the transformation
A new deck was installed (by a carpentry contractor) to allow for access to the new patio. Every layout decision balanced function, drainage, and long-term maintenance so the finished space feels natural within the property.
