Customer desired a new patio to replace the original, broken, concrete patio. Our team partnered with the homeowners in HOA to translate their goals into a cohesive outdoor plan. Spacing in this Chicago HOA was very restricted.
Planning the transformation
We installed a Unilock Brussel's Block patio with clay paver accent. Every layout decision balanced function, drainage, and long-term maintenance so the finished space feels natural within the property.

The clay pavers were provided by the customer and carried sentimental value from his church. Material selections, grading, and planting were coordinated to create strong visual impact while keeping day-to-day upkeep manageable for the client.
