Beverly Backyard Complete Renovation and Patio
This project included the removal of an existing paver patio, a regrading of the entire back yard, and the installation of a new paver patio using Unilock's Beacon Hill Flagstone. Our team worked closely with the homeowners to shape a practical, polished outdoor environment. The addition of a seatwall allows for a comfortable seating area, and the easy maintenance plantings were selected to grow to become a natural fence between the two neighboring backyards.
Planning the transformation
A flowering tree was installed to provide shade and seasonal interest. Every layout decision balanced function, drainage, and long-term maintenance so the finished space feels natural within the property.
